Let's just start with AWESOME! At Eddie V's, you can expect an AWESOME experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The hostesses gave me a friendly smile, something that isn't always the case in Scottsdale's sometimes pretentious dining scene. But Eddie V's isn't pretentious—it feels like a home away from home. From the beautifully appointed dining room to the high-class bar, you'll be sure to feel right at home. Come and experience the AWESOME atmosphere at Eddie V's today!

Eddie V's is an outstanding dining experience that will leave you with lasting memories. The wait staff and management are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Be sure to ask for Richard, your new best friend, who is sure to make you feel welcome with a smile and a handshake. If you're lucky enough to get Eric as your waiter, put the menu down and let him make the recommendations - you won't regret it!

If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, my recommendation is to start with the delicious crab-cakes. Packed with succulent crab, these are sure to tantalize your taste buds. If you're feeling a little adventurous, try the lobster tacos and be prepared to be amazed with a flavor explosion. Then, tantalize your palate with the warm goat cheese salad, followed by a glass of wine for pure dining ecstasy. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

It's time for the main course! At the suggestion of Eric, I ordered two delicious entrees - a filet cooked to perfection with two colossal grilled shrimp, and the Chilean Sea Bass, also known as the Patagonian Toothfish. The filet was so flavorful, and the shrimp were cooked to mouth-watering perfection. The Chilean Sea Bass was melt-in-your-mouth great! It was steamed Hong Kong style in a light soy broth and it was simply divine! If you're looking for a winning dish, then the Chilean Sea Bass is definitely your best bet. #wonderfulfood

For dessert, it was a tough call between the Bananas Foster and the Butter Cake (flambeed table-side with butter pecan ice cream) and the Fresh Seasonal Berries. Ultimately, I chose the latter and it was absolutely divine! The freshness of the berries combined with the homemade whipped cream made it an outstanding end to a wonderful meal. If you're looking for a simple yet delicious dessert, the Fresh Seasonal Berries is definitely worth a try - you won't be disappointed!

I've been to plenty of restaurants in the Scottsdale area and I can confidently say that Eddie V's is the best.
